This Privacy Policy is a binding agreement between SALDOGAME and the User. This policy is an integral part of SALDOGAME's Terms and Conditions. SALDOGAME reserves the right to change the contents of this Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with technological developments, business needs, and applicable regulations.
2. Legal Provisions
This Privacy Policy is prepared based on the principle of compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding personal data protection and the use of electronic systems within the legal jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.
3. User Data
SALDOGAME may request necessary personal data to support services. By providing data, Users consent to its use, management, and storage. Users warrant that all data provided is accurate, authentic, and personally owned. Users may update their personal information. SALDOGAME is not liable for losses resulting from incomplete personal data. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of User personal data.
4. Data Collection
Data is collected when Users use the service, including when filling in information requested on the platform. Data is stored automatically after the User agrees to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
5. Data Usage
Personal data is used to: - Operate services and process transactions - Improve systems and service quality - Offer relevant products - Fulfill legal obligations - Communicate with Users - Third-party service integrations - Detect and prevent violations - Other lawful purposes previously disclosed
6. Data Storage
Data is stored while the User uses the service, and/or as long as required according to law and privacy policy. The minimum data retention period is 2 (two) years after account deactivation.
7. Data Deletion
Data deletion occurs when: - Users stop using the service (maximum 2-year retention) - Formal deletion request with valid identification - Does not conflict with legal requirements - SALDOGAME determines data is no longer relevant
8. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, including PIN and password. Users must report account misuse. SALDOGAME is not responsible for User negligence or unauthorized data sharing. Parents are responsible for minors using services unsupervised. SALDOGAME is not liable for security breaches beyond our control.
