By using SALDOGAME services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

SALDOGAME: A platform that provides digital product purchasing services such as game top-ups, digital vouchers, and other digital products. User: Any individual who accesses or uses services on the SALDOGAME platform. Buyer: A User who conducts digital product purchase transactions through SALDOGAME. Partner: Third parties that cooperate with SALDOGAME including but not limited to game publishers, digital product distributors, payment system providers, and other parties integrated with the SALDOGAME system.

2. User Agreement

By using SALDOGAME services, the user declares that: - Has read and understood all applicable terms and conditions - Agrees to all policies applicable on the SALDOGAME platform - Is fully responsible for the use of services SALDOGAME reserves the right to change, update, or adjust these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the official SALDOGAME website.

3. Services

SALDOGAME provides digital product purchasing services such as: - Game top-ups - Digital vouchers - Other digital products Transactions are conducted through a system integrated with official SALDOGAME partners. After a transaction is successfully processed by the system, the buyer is responsible for the use of the digital product purchased.

4. SALDOGAME's Position

SALDOGAME is not a developer, publisher, or operator of games or digital products available on the platform. SALDOGAME only acts as a digital product distribution service provider connected to official partners. All policies related to games, system changes, account restrictions, or other decisions are entirely under the authority of the relevant developer or publisher.

5. Account and Security

Access to SALDOGAME services can be done through authentication systems available on the platform, including but not limited to login using third-party services such as Google and Apple. Users are fully responsible for the security of devices, accounts, and access used to log in to SALDOGAME services. SALDOGAME never asks users to provide: - Personal account passwords - OTP codes - Other account security information All activities that occur through user accounts on the SALDOGAME platform are considered legitimate activities of the account owner. SALDOGAME is not responsible for losses arising from: - User negligence in maintaining account security - Account access by other parties - Misuse of user devices

6. Transactions and Payment

All transactions must be conducted through the official SALDOGAME system. Payment is considered valid if: - Conducted according to payment instructions - According to the amount determined by the system SALDOGAME is not responsible for transactions conducted outside the official SALDOGAME system.

7. Transaction Finality

Most digital product transactions are final after being successfully processed by the system. Users must ensure that all data entered such as: - Game ID - Server - Destination number are correct before making payment. Input data errors by users are not the responsibility of SALDOGAME.

8. SaldoPoint

SaldoPoint is an internal credit available in the SALDOGAME system and can only be used to conduct transactions within the SALDOGAME platform. SaldoPoint: - Can only be used for transactions within the SALDOGAME platform - Has no cash value - Cannot be cashed out - Cannot be withdrawn to bank accounts - Cannot be transferred to digital wallets SaldoPoint is not a financial service product and is not included in the category of electronic money, digital wallets, or other payment instruments. SaldoPoint does not generate interest, returns, or financial gains in any form. SALDOGAME reserves the right to change SaldoPoint policies at any time.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds can only be processed if payment was successful but the digital product was not received by the user. The refund process will be conducted through: - Payment Gateway - The payment method used during the transaction Refund processing time follows the payment provider's policy. Refunds do not apply to: - Successfully processed transactions - Input data errors by users - System abuse

10. Promotions

SALDOGAME may hold promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions. SALDOGAME reserves the right to cancel promotional transactions if found: - Promotion abuse - Unusual activity - Indication of fraud

11. Digital Product Usage

Digital products available on SALDOGAME are used according to functions determined by the relevant developer or publisher. Digital products are provided for entertainment purposes according to the related game or platform services. SALDOGAME has no control over: - Game systems - Game mechanics - Game results - Internal game policies

12. Product Misuse

SALDOGAME does not support activities aimed at: - Changing digital product functions - Using digital products for illegal activities - Using digital products outside official mechanisms determined by the developer or publisher All forms of digital product misuse are entirely the user's responsibility.

13. Game Account Policy

Decisions related to game accounts such as suspension, account restrictions, and bans are entirely under the authority of the game developer or publisher. SALDOGAME has no control over such decisions.

14. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using SALDOGAME services for: - Illegal activities - Fraud - System abuse - Legal violations - Transaction manipulation - Promotion abuse SALDOGAME reserves the right to restrict or block user access if violations are found.

15. System Abuse

Users are prohibited from conducting activities that harm the SALDOGAME system, including but not limited to: - Use of bots or automation tools - Multiple accounts for illegitimate gain - System manipulation - Fraud activities SALDOGAME reserves the right to cancel transactions or block user accounts if such activities are found.

16. Age Restrictions

Some games may have certain age classifications determined by the game developer or publisher. Users are responsible for ensuring service usage complies with applicable age classification provisions for the relevant game or platform. Parents or guardians are responsible for service usage by users who do not meet the required age provisions.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SALDOGAME is not responsible for losses arising from: - Input data errors by users - Developer decisions regarding user accounts - Third-party system disruptions - Game publisher policy changes - Network or payment system disruptions

18. Maximum Liability Limit

SALDOGAME's maximum liability to users for any claim shall not exceed the transaction value associated with such claim.

19. System Disruptions

SALDOGAME will endeavor to maintain service quality to remain safe and functioning properly. However, SALDOGAME does not guarantee that the system will always run without disruptions. Disruptions may occur due to: - System maintenance - Network disruptions - Third-party disruptions - Circumstances beyond SALDOGAME's control

20. Security

SALDOGAME endeavors to maintain the security of systems and services under SALDOGAME's control. Account access on the SALDOGAME platform may use third-party authentication systems such as Google or Apple. Account security related to such services fully follows the policies and security systems of the respective service providers. SALDOGAME is not responsible for damage to user devices caused by: - Viruses - Malware - Bots - Malicious scripts - Other harmful software obtained from third parties or sources outside SALDOGAME's control

21. Force Majeure

SALDOGAME is not responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond control such as: - Natural disasters - Network disruptions - Payment system disruptions - Third-party system disruptions - Emergencies

22. Data Privacy

User data is collected and used for transaction, security, and service development purposes. SALDOGAME does not share user data with third parties without permission, except as required by law. Complete information regarding user data management is available on the Privacy Policy page.

23. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will first be resolved through deliberation. If no agreement is reached, resolution will be conducted through legal channels in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
